Born and raised in East Henderson, Nevada, Austin traveled the country and attended three undergraduate colleges, including the University of Oregon (Eugene, OR) and Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ) before ultimately graduating 20 miles from his hometown at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas in the spring of 2020.
By Autumn of 2020 Austin began his first semester at William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. In 2021, as a second-year law student he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both his Wills and Trusts and Federal Bankruptcy classes in the same semester. Before graduating in 2023 He was also fortunate enough to extern under the Honorable Judge Abbi Silver of the Nevada Supreme Court.
In his free time Austin watches baseball games with his dad. He also makes it a point to try a new coffee shop with his wife every Saturday.
