Vickey was born in Guangzhou, China and then spent about 15 years in Las Vegas. She graduated from the College of Southern Nevada in 2015 with a degree in accounting. After graduation, Vickey moved into human resources for 5 years, and later operated a family-owned business for 7 years. She brings a multicultural perspective of diverse professional experience in employee relations, financial management, and business fundamentals.

In her free time, Vickey enjoys reading, staying active at the gym with family, playing video games with friends, and spending time with her cat, Dottie.
